Bond Group Creative was started in 2002 by Executive Director Andrew Bond. It quickly grew to include models, creatives and actors from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences including graduates of NIDA, VCA, Sydney Theatre School, Screenwise and others. During the agency's operation we have secured acting, modeling and voiceover work for clients in many television productions, feature films, radio and TVCs.

Andrew Bond is the founder and director of Bond Group Creative, he holds a BA in Philosophy from Sydney University; a LLB from Bond University, a BSc from the University of New England, a Bachelor of Applied Science (Transport) from the University of Tasmania (Ship's Master) and a B.IT from RMIT. He has worked as a policy and media advisor to several governments, and started his first radio station in 1998 before moving into talent management and representation in 2002. Andrew loves working with talent to fulfil their potential and opportunities to create meaningful work across and a fulfilling life.
